I really enjoyed this story, “Simon.” Laced with a razor sharp tongue of sarcasm of a condescension then a neck-snapping twist causing a momentary spasm of wretched anticipation…

“Simon” is an interesting tale of Mother’s apron strings that begs me to find some scissors; yet, he wanted her dead and rules gone. Ah but rules were meant to be broken, and Simon pays the price. The way the story ends leaves the reading thinking, which is awesome, but also wanting. Thanks bleedingcritic for an awesome bleeding tale.
