    To be cut down to the main character’s level in such a realistic fashion, to really have an inside look into the mind of someone brought down by the world one too many times… this story really drives home the fact that those of whom get carelessly branded as “evil” or “criminal” are often times just victims of the world we live in; a product of their environment and the hand they were dealt just forced them to inevitably fold in the end. Sanity only lasts so long in a world that favors the privileged and wealthy.
